About Us
The American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Our mission is to advance family medicine through philanthropy, using humanitarian, educational, and scientific programming to improve health. The AAFP Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization.
All of our efforts are made possible through the generous donations of family physicians, corporations and others who provide voluntary financial support.
